Presenter: Brandon Seigel

This webinar will be recorded live on February 5, 2020, 2:00 – 3:30 pm EST. If you missed this session at the 2019 Annual Conference, now is your chance to catch this content! In 2018, the Bureau of National Affairs reported that 11 billion dollars are lost annually due to employee turnover. According to APTA’s Workforce Data, the industry is on track to have a shortage of 26,560 Physical Therapists by 2025 which is only six years away. Private practices are experiencing unwanted trends in employee morale; voluntary employee turnover; reported mistakes; and lawsuits. This workshop is designed to introduce leading strategies in the field of employee engagement and employee empowerment to help break down barriers and optimize productivity in a private practice.
